Eternal Air AC and Heating uses text messaging to keep AC repair, installation and maintenance jobs running on schedule for customers in Auburndale, Winter Haven, Lakeland, Bartow, Plant City and the surrounding Polk County area. These terms explain what you are agreeing to when you opt in, what we will send you, and how to stop the messages at any time.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Eternal Air AC and Heating. This includes SMS messages for appointment reminders, technician dispatch and arrival updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, service and maintenance reminders, billing and account notifications, and customer care replies. Types of messages you can expect
When you give us your mobile number and consent, you may receive:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations for scheduled service calls, installations and maintenance visits.
- Technician dispatch and arrival updates, including on-the-way notices and schedule changes.
- Quote and estimate follow-ups after an in-home evaluation or an online request.
- Seasonal maintenance reminders, such as a reminder that your system is due for a tune-up.
- Billing and account notifications, including invoice and payment confirmations.
- Customer care replies when you text us a question.
How you opt in
Consent is never automatic and it is never a condition of purchase. You opt in only when you take a clear action, such as checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, giving your written or verbal permission to a member of our office staff, or texting our business number first. Message frequency varies. Most customers receive messages only around an active job, which is typically a handful of messages per service visit. You may receive more during a multi-day installation and fewer, or none, between visits.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Eternal Air AC and Heating does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may bill you for messages and data according to your plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your rate plan.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not cancel a scheduled appointment and does not remove you from phone or email contact. If you want to reach us after opting out, call or email us directly.

Carriers and delivery
Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery can also be affected by your device settings, coverage and any message blocking you have enabled.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, is permitted so that we can deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and that information is not shared with any third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number. If your mobile number changes, please tell us so that messages are not sent to someone else.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions as our service or the applicable messaging rules change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continuing to receive our messages after an update means you accept the revised terms.
