This policy explains what information we collect when you call us, fill out a form on eternalair.net, or book a service visit, and what we do with it. We keep this short and specific on purpose, so you can see exactly what happens to your information.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and service address when you request an estimate, book a repair, or contact us through the website.
- Job details. Notes about your equipment, the problem you described, the work performed, warranty information and payment records.
- Messages you send us. Emails, form submissions, voicemails and text messages, along with our replies.
- Website usage data. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, collected through cookies and similar technologies so we can keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers through website forms or text messages.

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job. That includes our scheduling and dispatch software, our messaging and email providers, our payment processor, and equipment manufacturers when we register a warranty on your behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect our rights, our technicians or the safety of others.
